FAQ and Policies

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed. We cannot accept returns due to the type of products we make. If a mistake was made with your order (wrong product, missing item, or size) please email us. We will correct it ASAP and send it with no additional cost. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, while in possession of the post office or after being delivered, you will need to contact the post office and file a claim with them. Utilize your tracking # provided once shipped. FILE A CLAIM AS MUCH AS NEEDED!!!!

Address change: If you place an order with the incorrect address, you will have to purchase this $5 address adjustment fee to have your address changed. Please make sure you’re double-checking when placing your order.

Returned Parcels: If your package is returned to me, you will receive a refund. 

Just as excited as you are to receive, I am too! Products are made and packaged by hand by 1 person. I aim for perfection when creating products so please give your order time to process for 10 business days before shipping (Monday-Friday). Orders are shipped through both USPS and UPS which can take about another 2-5 days to reach you. If your tracking states that your item was "DELIVERED" and not stated as "LOST" or "STOLEN" you will not be issued a refund. File a claim.

    • IF ADDRESS CONTAINS A P.O. BOX, IT WILL BE SHIPPED THROUGH USPS
    • WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES
