In honor of Women’s History Month, I’m hosting a 2–3 hour holistic herbal workshop centered on the matriarchal wisdom of African American women and the ancestral ways we’ve used plants to care for our families. 🌿

We’ll be diving into:

• kitchen medicine

• tea making + tasting

• womb + nervous system herbs

• 1:1 herbal product making of your choice (tea, capsules, body butter, or herbal soap)

• light refreshments

This gathering will be intimate and intentional as I’m only opening my sacred workspace to 8 women.
